Although not part of the ASC, Tom Priestley, brother of Jack, was a newsreel cameraman during WW II. You may have worked with the two of us in the 80’s, but the important thing is he documented the atrocities in Germany. We became friends in the mid-80’s because we both had small weekend places in the Hamptons.

Greg – I didn’t know Jack Priestly well, but I knew of him and spent a few days as an AC on a series he was shooting at one point. He was something of a NY legend back then…
