Last week I appeared on Episode 537 of the CG Garage podcast to discuss my recent experiences with an amazing new technology – VidViz. It hit the airwaves yesterday!
Chris Nichols and Daniel Thron – the show’s hosts – are also VidViz’s foremost progenitors. And if you’ll recall, during 2024 I shot a proof-of-concept film (produced by Nichols and directed by Thron), called Ray Tracing FTW. It was a magnificent success for parent company Chaos and that tech is now accepted as an industry standard.
I’ll let those two geniuses do most of the explaining, but I’ll tell you up front…VidViz is also quite something!
